Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to reservations made directly with Tramonto Boutique Hotel through www.tramonto.co.za and book.tramonto.co.za.
Reservations and payment
Full payment is required at the time of making an online reservation. A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation containing a booking reference has been issued.
Online payments are processed securely through PayFast. Tramonto Boutique Hotel does not collect or store guests’ complete credit or debit card details.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Room rates and occupancy
The rate charged is the rate displayed during the booking process for the accommodation type, occupancy and dates selected.
Standard, Superior and Executive rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests under the published online rates.
Children may be accommodated in Self-Catering accommodation at the applicable child rates displayed during booking.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate unless otherwise stated.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00.
Check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
Guests are requested to inform Tramonto Boutique Hotel in advance of their expected arrival time.
Identification
Guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check-in. Guests may also be requested to provide proof of the payment method used for the reservation.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Special requests
Special requests may be submitted during the booking process. All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
All reservations are subject to Tramonto Boutique Hotel’s published Cancellation and Refund Policy. Guests should review the applicable cancellation conditions before completing payment.
Early departure
In the event of an early departure after check-in, the full amount of the confirmed reservation remains payable and no refund will be due for unused nights.
No-shows
Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show. The amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed by Tramonto Boutique Hotel in writing.
Changes to reservations
Requests to change reservation dates, occupancy or accommodation type are subject to availability and approval by Tramonto Boutique Hotel. Any difference in the applicable accommodation rate will be payable by the guest.
Property rules
Pets are not permitted.
Hen parties, stag parties and similar events are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, rooms, furnishings or equipment during their stay.
Availability
All reservations remain subject to availability. In the unlikely event that Tramonto Boutique Hotel is unable to honour a confirmed reservation, the hotel will contact the guest to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.
Guest information
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all names, contact details, dates, occupancy information and other information supplied during booking are accurate.
